Since most new drivers are 16 to 24 years old, an accompanying rider isgenerally the driver\u2019s father or mother.Another family member, a spouse or afriend can also fulfil the role. Accompanying riders need to:<\/p>\n

\u2022 have held, for at least two years, a valid Class 5 driver\u2019s licence (passenger vehicle).<\/p>\n

\u2022 know the various driving techniques.<\/p>\n<\/div>
